Who can I contact for questions about my Member benefits?
The answers can be found on the Owner Center, by contacting our OnStar Advisors, calling the toll free number or by emailing us at support@onstararabia.com.

How do I update/change my plans?
To review and edit your subscription plans, log on to your Owner Center account at my.chevroletarabia.com, my.gmcarabia.com or my.cadillacarabia.com or press the blue button to speak to one of our OnStar Advisors.

Will Member service plans renew automatically?
Yes, for your convenience, if you place a payment method on file and switch on ‘Auto-Renewal’.

How can I cancel my plan?
As a member you can cancel your subscription through an online request or via a blue button key press to speak to an OnStar Advisor.

How can I purchase plans?
You can call an OnStar Advisor to purchase a plan until the end of 2020. From 2021 onwards you can also use our self-service channels using the Owner Centers at my.cadillacarabia.com, my.chevroletarabia.com or my.gmcarabia.com.

Am I being tracked?
We take our customer’s privacy very seriously .We do not track your location or whereabouts. Only when you need our services and press the blue button, if your privacy setting is not enabled, your location details will be available to us to help you. In the event of a crash, the privacy setting even if on is overridden so we can get you the right help, even if you are unable to make a call yourself.

Do note that if the privacy setting is on, even you will be unable to use services such as Vehicle Locate from the app.
