How do I become an OnStar Member?

To become an OnStar Member, you must simply purchase an OnStar equipped Chevrolet, GMC or Cadillac vehicle and accept the OnStar User Terms and Privacy Statement during the New Member onboarding process. Post the trial, you can choose a subscription plan to remain a Member. 

Which vehicles are equipped with OnStar Connected Services?

Model Year 2021 onwards Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac vehicles are exclusively OnStar equipped. Click here to see the list of vehicles.  

Does OnStar come included in the vehicle?

The vehicles listed here are equipped with the OnStar hardware during production. However, OnStar Connected Services and Wi-Fi plans are an opt-in service based on a subscription model and active in only certain countries. 

What is Google built-in?

Infotainment systems equipped with Google built-in* compatibility provide a helpful, personalized and seamless way to enhance your in-vehicle experience. Get hands-free help from Google Assistant* to call friends, set reminders or change the temperature in the vehicle. Google Maps provides you with the information you need on your drive such as live traffic updates*. And with Google Play, you can download some of your favorite music, podcasts, audiobooks and more.
