Terms and Conditions

The offer validity has been extended to 31st March 2026.
To activate the offer, update your credit card details and contact an Advisor, press the Blue Button, or shop via Owner Centre.
The discount is applicable only to OnStar Plans – Connect, Protect, or Bundle.
The 30% off offer is applicable only after purchasing an OnStar monthly or annual recurring plan.
6 free months are limited to the annual plan subscribed, i.e. if you subscribe to a Connect Plan, the free offer will be applied to the Connect Plan only.
The discount will discontinue if the plan is changed or cancelled.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the free offer be added?

The offer will be added within a month from the date of subscription. 

How will I know if the offer has been added?

You will receive two emails: one with a zero-value invoice, and another indicating that the plan has been added. You can also view your offer in the Owner Center. 

If the free offer isn’t added, who do I contact?

Don’t worry, we’ll take care of that for you. All you have to do is push the Blue OnStar button located next to the rearview mirror and let us know.

How can I view the offer in the Owner Center?

You can find it under ‘My Plans’. The plan that you purchased will show as a monthly plan and the offer will show as a renewed plan. After the free period is over, your plan will switch back to auto-renewal.
