Offer is limited to the Plan subscribed, i.e. Subscribe to a Connect Plan and the discount will be applied to the Connect Plan only.
The discounted prices are inclusive of VAT rates in each market.
This discount is continuous for the subscribed plan until cancelled and will not carry over to a different OnStar plan.
Offer is only valid for customers who subscribe to our recurring monthly or annual plan.
If purchased online, the first month will be at full price, and the discount will apply from the subsequent month
For those choosing the Amazon Gift Card option, it will be sent via email within 14 days post your subscription. Please make sure you check your inbox or junk folder to ensure receipt.
Amazon Gift Card is valid for 10 years, and is not transferable, nor can be exchanged for cash.
Amazon Gift Card can be used only by logging onto www.amazon.sa. The Gift Card can be used by adding it to your www.amazon.sa Wallet or by redeeming it upon checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the free offer be added?

The offer will be added within a month from the date of subscription.

How will I know if the offer has been added?

You will receive two emails: one with a zero-value invoice, and another indicating that the plan has been added. You can also view your offer in the Owner Center.

If the free offer isn’t added, who do I contact?

Don’t worry, we’ll take care of that for you. All you have to do is push the Blue OnStar button located next to the rearview mirror and let us know.

How can I view the offer in the Owner Center?

You can find it under ‘My Plans’. The plan that you purchased will show as a monthly plan and the offer will show as a renewed plan. After the free period is over, your plan will switch back to auto-renewal.
