When will the free offer be added?

The offer will be added within a month from the date of subscription.  

How will I know if the offer has been added?

You will receive two emails: one with a zero-value invoice, and another indicating that the plan has been added. You can also view your offer in the Owner Center.  

If the free offer isn’t added, who do I contact?

Don’t worry, we’ll take care of that for you. All you have to do is push the Blue OnStar button located next to the rearview mirror and let us know. 

How can I view the offer in the Owner Center?

You can find it under ‘My Plans’. The plan that you purchased will show as a monthly plan and the offer will show as a renewed plan. After the free period is over, your plan will switch back to auto-renewal.  

Can I pass it on to a friend who has an OnStar equipped vehicle?

This offer is exclusively for you and is non-transferable.  

I am not ready to purchase now, but I am interested. How long do I have to avail this offer? 

This offer’s validity period will be clearly mentioned in the communication you receive.  

Is there a minimum lock-in period?

We believe in offering flexibility and choice. You can cancel your plan any time.
