Special subscription offers might be available to Members or trialists from time to time. These offers would be exclusive and applicable for a limited time.  

 

Note: Please always keep your contact information and address updated in the Owner Center. This will help us contact you if you have won any draws, physical vouchers or physical gifts. 

On-going Campaign Terms & Conditions: 

  • Offer valid from 1st May to 7th June 2025 in Kuwait, UAE, KSA and Bahrain only.
  • Offer is available only to Members who subscribe to any of our recurring plans. Wi-Fi plans are not included.
  • Offer is limited to the Plan subscribed, i.e. Subscribe to a Connect Plan and the free offer will be applied to the Connect Plan only.
  • Members with a standard 2 month trial get an extension of 1 month if they subscribe before their trial ends. This offer provides an additional 2 months.
  • For Members on a 6 month or 12 month trial, 3 additional months will be added.
  • The free months will be activated at the completion of the purchased plan.
  • Pricing is based on an average daily cost. The total price per month can be viewed here, by market. Prices will be converted based on local currency and VAT rates in each market.

When will the free offer be added?

The offer will be added within a month from the date of subscription.  

How will I know if the offer has been added?

You will receive two emails: one with a zero-value invoice, and another indicating that the plan has been added. You can also view your offer in the Owner Center.  

If the free offer isn’t added, who do I contact?

Don’t worry, we’ll take care of that for you. All you have to do is push the Blue OnStar button located next to the rearview mirror and let us know. 

How can I view the offer in the Owner Center?

You can find it under ‘My Plans’. The plan that you purchased will show as a monthly plan and the offer will show as a renewed plan. After the free period is over, your plan will switch back to auto-renewal.  

Can I pass it on to a friend who has an OnStar equipped vehicle?

This offer is exclusively for you and is non-transferable.  

I am not ready to purchase now, but I am interested. How long do I have to avail this offer? 

This offer’s validity period will be clearly mentioned in the communication you receive.  

Is there a minimum lock-in period?

We believe in offering flexibility and choice. You can cancel your plan any time.
